Competition Period 1: From 15th July 2009 -
14th August 2009. Competition Period 2: From 15th August 2009 - 14th September
2009. Qualifications: The Winners of each Competition Period 1 & 2 will be the
TOP 50 Members with the HIGHEST NUMBER OF DIRECT SALES SPONSORSHIPS during the
Competition Periods as stated above. All Winners (total 100 from both
Competition Periods) will be given a Free Holiday Trip in November 2009, the
final dates to be announced soon.Terms & Conditions:

1) Holiday Trip is non-transferable,
non-convertible to cash & non-exchangeable in kind.

2) Management reserves the right to change to
another similar holiday package depending on availability.

3) Management reserves the right to deny the
Holiday Trip but will compensate appropriately.

4) Direct Sales Sponsorships must be
registered to new members, without an existing FusionExcel member account. Name
of new members must be their IC or passport names. Contact information and proof
of identity for the new member will be required for verification purposes.

5) Maximum 8 accounts under 1 name will be
taken into consideration when counting the number of Direct Sales Sponsorships.
Additional accounts under the same name will not be counted for competition
purposes.

6) Winners of Competition Period 1 are
allowed to participate in the Competition Period 2.

7) The Management reserves the right to deny
the Holiday Trip if the Management has reason to believe manipulation or
insufficient proof of identity of new member is provided. The decision of the
Management is final.
